EVMS' Urology Residency participates in the American Urological Association (AUA) Urology Residency Match Program. We accept application materials submitted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). Our residency is a five-year program with positions available through the American Urological Association's match program and through the Department of Defense.
To be considered for the program, please make sure the following information reaches our office by October 2, 2023:
- Application/CV
- Personal statement
- Photograph
- Three letters of recommendation
- MSPE (Medical Student Performance Evaluation)
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) transcript
All applications will be reviewed by our selection committee. We will inform you by email of our decision regarding an interview.
Military applicants are selected through Graduate Medical Education Selection Board (GMESB). Applications are limited to active-duty physicians who should apply through their respective services as well as through our department.
