Why I Chose EVMS: EVMS has all the things I'm looking for in an EM program! I was looking for a program that had a mix of academic as well as community medicine built in the curriculum to diversify my training. I love that there are faculty trained in many different areas of EM and that they are so invested in resident education and wellness. During the pre-interview social hour you could tell the residents really like each other, and the location is unbeatable!
