Dr. Joseph M. DeBiase, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. His educational background includes a B.S. in Neuroscience from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from St. George’s University in Grenada. Dr. DeBiase furthered his academic pursuits with a Residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH, and a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. A passionate educator, Dr. DeBiase contributed significantly to teaching and curriculum development during his time as a Lecturer in Internal Medicine Didactics at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
