Madeeha I. Deo, MD

Dr. Madeeha Deo is an Assistant Professor in the Division of General Internal medicine at Eastern Virgina Medical School. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Pakistan, earned in March 2015. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA in June 2023. Driven by a passion for quality improvement, she has been involved in a project aimed at enhancing the utilization of advanced care planning. Notably, Dr. Deo has been recognized as a Palliative Care Champion by EVMS Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine. Her commitment to research is evident through peer-reviewed publications and presentations at regional and national conferences.
