Research

The research conducted at the GIM is diverse and is reflected in research studies that are currently underway within the Division. Our faculty employs a full range of research techniques, methods, and procedures in their efforts to generate and disseminate the knowledge required to prevent disease and its consequences and to optimize the delivery of healthcare. Research within the GIM Division is focused on improving clinical outcomes for individual patients and as well as populations, especially those who are underserved.
