Update your mailing address in the Payroll Portal
EVMS employees may use the Payroll Portal to update specific personal information — which EVMS uses for contact and emergency purposes — including mailing address, phone number or emergency contact information.
Please note: W-2 forms will be sent to the mailing address listed in the Payroll Portal. Failure to update your address may delay the receipt of your W-2 form. If you have moved, please update your mailing address as soon as possible.
Follow these steps to update your personal information in the Payroll Portal:
- Log into EVMS myPortal.
- Select “Payroll Portal” from My Resources on the right side of the page.
- Log onto Sumtotal.
- Select “Personal” from the tab headings.
- Select “Mailing Name and Address” from the Personal Information options.
- Update your address.
- Save the information using the “Save” icon on the bottom left of the page.
