Stacy R. Purcell, JD, MHA serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Compliance Officer to EVMS. Ms. Purcell received her law degree from the University of Richmond and health administration degree from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University.
Ms. Purcell oversees the General Counsel, which provides legal support to, and compliance oversight for, departments, centers, institutes, divisions, programs and offices at EVMS.
