The table below contains Solicitations available for downloading and printing. Any subsequent addenda will also be available at this web site. It is the bidder's/offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed and, if needed, signed and returned. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to access the Solicitation files.

If the table indicates the Solicitation is not available or if you are unable to download, you may request a copy by:

• Calling 757.446.5224 or
• Sending an email to EVMS Proposals mailbox at proposals@evms.edu with the following information: Solicitation #, Opening Date, Your Company Name, Contact Person, Address and Phone Number.
• For all Solicitations with CONRAD noted as the department, please contact Sarah Casstevens by sending an email to scasstevens@conrad.org with the following information:  Solicitation #, Opening Date, Your Company Name, Contact Person, Address and Phone Number.

 LEGEND:

• OPEN = Solicitation has not yet reached deadline.
• CLOSED = Solicitation has reached deadline, currently under evaluation.
• AWARDED = Solicitation has reached deadline and contract has been executed.
• CANCELED = Solicitation has been canceled, no selection or award made.
• SUSPENDED = Solicitation is temporarily suspended and may re-open at a later date.
