Cancer Center member presents her work in Toronto, Canada and Charlottesville, Virginia.

LiFang Yang, PhD, Instructor of Microbiology and Molecular Cell Biology and member of the Leroy T. Canoles Jr. Cancer Research Center presented her poster entitled “Exosome Isolation with Carbonate Treatment from Cell Culture Supernatant and Human Serum” at the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles 6th Annual Meeting, in  Toronto, Canada.
She also gave an oral presentation entitled  "Proteomic profiling of prostate cancer-derived exosomes reveals new insights into a metastatic signature” at the 1st Virginia Cancer Conference in Charlottesville, VA and gave another oral presentation at the American Society for Exosomes and Microvesicles in Pacific Grove, CA entitled "New Insights into Prostate Cancer Metastatic Biomarkers from Exosomal Proteome Analysis".
