Dr. L.D. Britt is the lead editor of Acute Care Surgery textbook

Britt, the Henry Ford Professor and Edward Brickhouse Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School, is the lead editor of the recently released, new edition textbook, Acute Care Surgery (publisher: Wolters Kluwer). This is the second edition for him and his co-editors: Dr. Andrew Peitzman (University of Pittsburg); Dr. Phillip Barie (New York Hospital Cornell); and Dr. Jerry Jurkovich (UC Davis – Sacramento).
